Dectron Hybrid Series

Outdoor dehumidification is a cost-effective alternative to mechanical dehumidification in many regions of North America and can reduce energy consumption because compressors are not used for dehumidification.
Its simple design simplifies maintenance and repair; Fewer refrigeration components are cheaper to operate and maintain.
Direct Drive Fan Assembly with ECM motors means lower energy costs and no belts!
Heat recovery uses a glycol recirculation circuit, which reduces energy costs for preheating outdoor air.

The Dectron Hybrid series provides the simplicity, reliability and efficiency of ventilated dehumidification for indoor pools, plus a cooling circuit to provide additional air conditioning as required.

Typical pool dehumidifiers use a cooling loop to cool the air below its dew point and remove moisture before heating it and delivering it back to the room. While this is efficient, it may also be desirable to use outside air to control indoor humidity levels when conditions are right.

The Hybrid Series utilizes the potential of dry outdoor air for dehumidification, and also includes a cooling loop to provide sensible cooling that keeps the pool area comfortable.
